A DECENT PROPOSAL

The failure of bidding on the legislated computerization of elections is a blessing-in-disguise. In the first place, there is really no need to spend the entire P11.3 Billion of the country's meager resources for computerized elections when existing infrastructures (with minor modification) is more than sufficient to meet the requirements. With the use of algorithm, the process can be efficiently simplified as these flowcharts clearly illustrate. Doing so would not only save money, it would actually help stimulate the country's economy by providing addtional business for the banking industry which in turn would pay additional taxes.
